Cancellation, Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
The Kapas follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are free of stress. We offer a "100% Buyer Protection Program" for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase.
IN ALL CASES OF RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGE, YOU HAVE TO DROP US A MAIL AT SUPPORT@THEKAPAS.COM AND YOU WILL GET A REVERT WITHIN 24 WORKING HOURS.
EXCHANGE BY DOMESTIC CUSTOMER
- Size Exchange: If the customer has any size issue with the product delivered then he/she needs to mail us at SUPPORT@THEKAPAS.COM within 24 Hours from the date of delivery the parcel. If reverse pickup facility is available on your pin code we will arrange a pick-up for the same place of delivery and re-send the product. The reverse pick up charges are to borne by the customer that is Rs.300. Please Note: Reverse pick-up might not be available on few pin -codes.in this case customer is requested to send back with customer name and mobile on it. Exchange is allowed on size issues only. Exchange will not be issued on product exchange. All purchases made on offers and discounts are non-exchangeable.
- Return: We humbly don't take returns on items sold once.
- Damaged/Wrong Delivery: If it's a damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility. However, when a product is shipped from our warehouse it goes under 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Still, if there is an issue with the product we would resolve it for you only when the customer share the uncut unwrapping video of the package (this is also mentioned on the delivery package in the form of label, to make an uncut unwrapping video for a hustle free process).
When Exchange is not accepted?
- Exchange not accepted due to color Difference. 7-8% Color difference might be there due to screen resolution and lights.
- Exchange is not accepted if Customer does not like the material or color of the product order. As we use best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the Product description. We would suggest you to please read all the details before placing the order.
CANCELLATIONS BY INDIAN CUSTOMER
If you have to cancel any order, please do it within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%).
- If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, you should email us at email@example.com along with a uncut unwrapping video and also an clear image of the damaged product. The mail should be sent within 24 hours of delivery of damaged items in your shipment. In such cases, we offer a resolution.
- All Custom Duties levied on the products will be borne by the customer.
- For Size Exchanges, reverse pickup facility are not available for international shipments.

CANCELLATIONS BY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER
- If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at Support@thekapas.com
- If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the amount to the card used for making the payment. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%)
